What Passpoint is

Passpoint is an IELTS preparation product: a strategy guide, a practice area for every question type, a full mock exam, and AI feedback on your Writing and Speaking. It is a study tool to help you prepare. Our services are limited to coaching and preparation. We do not administer the IELTS examination and we do not issue IELTS certificates or results.

Practice and AI scores are estimates only. They are calibrated to the official IELTS band descriptors, but they are not official IELTS results and they are not a promise of the band you will get on test day. Passpoint is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by IELTS, the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge.

Your account and access

One purchase gives one person access to the product. Keep your sign-in email to yourself.
To discourage account sharing, access is limited to a small number of devices.
Do not resell, share, copy, or redistribute your access or the content. The strategy, questions, and materials are ours and are protected.

Payment

Passpoint is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout.

Our guarantee and refunds

Because Passpoint gives you the full product immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. What we do stand behind is that the method works if you use it.

If you complete the strategy guide and at least one full mock exam, sit your official IELTS, and your band does not improve, email us your before-and-after results within 30 days of getting your score and we will refund you in full.

And if you ever cannot access what you paid for, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Acceptable use

Use Passpoint for your own IELTS preparation. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, scrape or copy the content, or use it to build a competing product.

No guarantee of a result

We give you the method and the practice; your band on test day depends on you and on the exam. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular IELTS band or any outcome that depends on it, such as a visa, admission, or job.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Passpoint available and improving, and we may update the content, features, or these terms over time. If we change these terms materially, we will update this page and the date above.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Passpoint is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
